Mats will be provided for every class. A towel and water are recommended for every class. All additional class equipment is provided.
Grippy socks are welcome, but barefoot movement is preferred.
No. Good Form classes are practiced barefoot or in grippy socks.
Most Good Form classes are practiced in a heated room, with the environment tailored to each experience. The Nest is unheated.
Room conditions may vary naturally by class.
Absolutely.
The Form, Ritual, Reset, and Nest are open level. The Ember is intended for those with some movement experience.
All Good Form classes are 50 minutes.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class may be subject to the studio's late cancellation policy.
Street parking is available around the studio.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can welcome you into the space, show you the studio and give you time to settle in before class begins.
